Weekend courses will focus on recent research throughout North India and Italy, linking them back to the patterns occurring in the natural world. Day Classes will focus on Gothic Revival Architecture in Australia. Participants will learn how to draw a mixture of geometric and biomorphic designs. ( The cursive naturally occurring forms such as plants and organisms, flowing on top of the geometry ) Patterns are analysed and inspired by Jali Screens ~ Stone Carvings ~ Pietra dura & Mosaics ~ Frescos ~ Temple & Garden layouts.
